The corporation has two employees, Joe D. Stutts, President and Allan K. Cox, Secretary-Treasurer. Joe mainly handles marketing and on site supervision while Allan is responsible for clerical, purchasing, estimating, and financial reporting.
Joe and Allan have been friends since attending elementary school together in Tomball, TX. After college they both returned to Tomball to work in their hometown.
Joe has a background in sales of residential and commercial construction. He has spent over 31 years in the commercial and residential construction industry. A graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas (1971), Joe has owned his own construction companies since 1976.
Allan has spent over 22 years in commercial banking prior to joining forces with Joe in 1988 to start Stutts Cox Builders, Inc. Allan is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco (1971) with his graduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas (1983).
